Price suddenly changed ~500$ when visited them by believing the email quote I received. No explanation why. I even showed the email. He showed me OTD price with new license plates. He came up with the same price. Answer is that's the final price, whatever you do. Trade-in. Wow - what an evaluation. Manager was not even ready to look at it unless I buy that day itself. He gave a quote of $8K for my trade-in which later I sold for $14K. Once price was finalized, service was good. Rich, Mark and FM took good care and go beyond their limits for making all arrangements. More

I give kudos to Mike Lis. He was friendly, not pushy, willing to go to all lengths for my wife and I to drive a handful of used cars. Also, there were a few dents that they will be removing in a few weeks. Mike took my request straight to the service department and got me scheduled right away. Also, there was some paperwork that got lost in the shuffle, he hunted them down, and is having it mailed out right away. Not only did Mike sell us a car, we were able to connect on a personal level as well just talking about family and sports. If I go back to Schaumburg Honda, I will seek our Mike Lis. One of the nicest people you will ever meet. More
Before I even entered the store, Mike took great care of me. He responded quickly and thoroughly to my emailed questions, followed up with friendly phone calls, and did everything that he could to meet my n me. When I arrived, he was waiting outside for me with the three vans that I had asked to see lined up and ready to be test driven. He had an extensive knowledge of the different years of the same model and was ensured that any questions that I had were answered. Although I ended up buying the most luxurious of the three vehicles presented, it was not because I felt pressured into it. Mike always gave an unbiased opinion as to the different strengths of each car. Mike was very patient with me and explained everything over again to my wife when she arrived. When it was time to talk price, Mike simply asked what I wanted to do and how he could help me get the car I wanted. I felt empowered in my choice when I said yes to buying the car. I am very grateful for all that he did for my family and have been very pleased with my choice. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone. Thanks, Mike! More
Was referred to dealer by another Rohrman dealership. I assisted an elderly personal friend to buy a new car and negotiated a fair price with salesperson, Deron D. I could not accompany my friend at a later date to pick up vehicle, but with deal in hand and agreed to by D.D. and the manager on the floor that day, felt my friend could go without me to pick up the vehicle. Price was jacked up $500 by Deron D., a less than honest person. Elderly person said he was confused and also felt swindled. Subsequent conversations with Deron D. and another sales manager that called me, who was not even part of the original negotiations, were futile. No good explanation as to why they did this other than “he’s the buyer and could make his own decision” AND on the last day of the month?!? Avoid Schaumburg Honda and especially Deron D., who purposely confused and took advantage of an elderly person. More
Schamburg Honda have deceiving way of attracting customer. They say on their website "Instant Quote", and "New way to buy - Negotiate Online". At least my experience is there is not such thing. Either way you put your information, Jenny sends you an email saying "Is this the best email address to reach you?", sends you another email saying "Is this the best phone number to contact you?" and then never hear from them again. I requested quote two days back... did not hear anything back from them. After two-three days received email from Mike (automated scripted email) seeking for my feedback. "Did I receive the information I was looking for?" I didn't buy a Car from Schamburg Honda, so don't have an input on other processes or price. But I am glad that I didn't have to find that out. I hope this was one off glitch... but I am writing my experience. More

The buying experience that I had with Mike Lis was the most enjoyable I have ever had in buying a new car. Mike distinguished himself from the two other internet sales representatives I had contacted and most enjoyable I have ever had in buying a new car. Mike distinguished himself from the two other internet sales representatives I had contacted and was the difference in why I went with Schaumburg Honda for my purchase. Right off the bat, he came up with several ideas regarding incentives and financing that I did not get from the other dealers. This was my first internet sales experience in buying a new car and I would say it is now my preferred method and Mike is my preferred go-to-guy. Mike was able to quickly show that he cared about my decision, making the buying process and decision as easy and enjoyable as possible, and guiding me through the process. In this information age where an internet process can be very impersonal, I never felt that way - it was if I was talking to him live, in front of me, through every step of the process. It made the live visit, the test drive and the purchase quick, easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Mike and Schaumburg Honda to anyone considering the purchase of a new Honda. Great job Mike! More

First and foremost, this dealership is the worst dealership I have ever been to.I had my new car for four days and the check engine light came on. I brought it in slightly irriated and they stated they fixed it. Two days later it came back on. Clearly they never fixed the issue. There Customer Service Manager called me to try and smooth things over and stated he was told that I was difficult. Seriously? I never screamed or cursed because I questioned their work I am difficult? Maybe fixing a car the first time when its 5 days old would make me happier. Save yourselves and never buy or fix your car at this dealership. More
