Easy and comfortable buying experience I have been coming to Schaumburg Honda since the 90's. Last Saturday, Sept 03, I found myself back there again but this time somewhat uncertain as I have been coming to Schaumburg Honda since the 90's. Last Saturday, Sept 03, I found myself back there again but this time somewhat uncertain as to what new Honda Model I was going to go with. The last 3 times, I've purchased an Accord EX, so no-brainer. This time, I was looking for something different but at the same time, I was still feeling the pull of the familiar Accord. Thank goodness for Mike Lis. Mike showed incredible patience in dealing with myself and my sister, who was with me. He answered all of our questions and provided as much information as he can on all the Models I was interested in. Mike was unfazed when I asked to test drive the HRV, CRV, and of course, the Accord. Even in the end, after I had decided on the 2016 HRV and the choice came down to the exterior color, Mike was helpful as a sounding board when trying to make my decision. Mike is very genuine and my sister and I agree that throughout the process, Mike was never patronizing, nor was he condescending. We really appreciated that.
