His customer service is truly superior in that I can always count on him for his professionalism and honesty. I am a single mom with a daughter in college and car repairs are always stressful, especially on a pretty tight budget. I can always trust Steve to recommend what repairs are absolutely necessary. He also informs me of repairs needed in the not too distant future so I can plan financially to get them fixed. Recently, my 2005 Honda CRV needed to be replaced. Steve recommended that I talked with Boti Maruta. It was a great recommendation and I ended up buying a Honda Fit.
