During the test drive it was clear that Scott knew every feature on this vehicle (Pilot Elite) and could demonstrate all its unique features. Major plus!! After establishing that I wanted to purchase one, Scott worked to ensure I was able to get the color I wanted even though it would require additional work on his part. He was very sensitive to my time constraints and prepared as much as possible for me so that when I returned later that night to finalize the sale so it wouldn't conflict with my prior engagements. Honestly, I really didn't expect that to happen based on prior car purchasing experiences...but, it did. Overall, Scott was friendly, enthusiastic, easy to work with and I felt that he genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with this vehicle. Which I did. More
