He is the what a sales person should be, knowledgeable, personable and making both parties happy any way he can. The process was quick and painless with John and he made it enjoyable, not stressful as it normally is. He listened to everything we had to say and before we knew it, we purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V. I really wish I could praise him more because he derserves it. If anybody is looking for a Honda and is willing to travel to Schaumburg. It's definitely worth the trip and I bet you will be driving out of that lot with a new vehicle. More

WORST SERVICE EVER! One of the seat belt buckles broke on my car a week after I bought it. Brought it in to have it fixed under warranty and they tried to charge me $180. One of the seat belt buckles broke on my car a week after I bought it. Brought it in to have it fixed under warranty and they tried to charge me $180. Had to bicker back and forth to finally get them to cover it. I bought a car covered under a warranty so I wouldn't have a hassle, this place makes me regret not buying a beater. Will NOT be returning. Edit: Was 2 stars because they did end up covering it but I dropped it to 1 since they lost track of my keys and made me wait another 15 minutes while they found them. On top of that, they tried to sell me on a $187 trans flush that I DIDN'T NEED AT ALL! My car has a manual transmission, which means the fluid doesn't get "flushed" by a special machine, you drain it and refill it and it costs, at most, $30. Not only that, but since it's certified pre-owned it had ALL the fluids changed before I took it home. They knew all this and still tried to RIP ME OFF! Seriously, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else for service. Edit 2: If I could give this xxxx hole less than 1 star I would. While I was having my seat belt fixed I had them do an Uber inspection (which I paid $26 for). These morons fill out the wrong form and Uber wouldn't let me drive because of it. I emailed their service manager and he said he'd get the new form to me ASAP. Well, apparently "ASAP" to him means "whenever I feel like it" because 12 hours passed I heard nothing. I call in and that guy had gone home for the day. So I tell the manager on duty I'm on my way to get the form and he said he'd have it ready for me, of course that wasn't the case. I get there and have to stand there, fuming, for 10 minutes while he gets the form ready. Just to recap, they tried to get me to leave my car just to order a part, t ried to get me to pay for a part covered by warranty, tried to sell me something I didn't need, xxxxed up a simple inspection by giving me the wrong form, wasted my time by having to go back, and cost me money because I couldn't drive for Uber today. This is the WORST dealer I've ever dealt with and I am now making it my mission to take as much business from them as I can. I will be copying this review to every website I find them on and I'll be contacting their owner and corporate office. More
