Having been a first time car buyer it was helpful to have a sales person who assesses your needs and genuinely cared about your long term goals for a vehicle. The first thing I loved was that we sat down and chatted for a little bit about what our expectations were for a vehicle and what we wanted. John was more than understanding since we had some unforeseen events happen during the process, we happened to leave our IDs at home and the whole team was so helpful and caring. John was patient when we asked to see different types of CRVs from the base model to the touring. He carefully went over the inventory list with us to get us exactly what we wanted. If you're looking for someone who is genuine and good hearted this is your guy. He will take care of you. He is working for you and with your best interest in mind and really respect you. He makes you feel comfortable and best of all there in nothing but transparency. Alan was wonderful as well. He was able to rectify a prior situation and handle it with ease and respect. I felt as though he was truly listening to what I wanted and needed. He went out of his way to make me feel better and confident in my financial decisions. The general manager at this store is top notch as well: Mr. Barrett. He will treat you like family and absolutely take care of you. Be sure to stop by the service station as well. All of the gentleman there and very pleasant and helpful as well. Even the phone operator was polite when I called in with questions. If you're ever hungry there is even popcorn to snack on!
