I called Honda on Grand but when i had a time they couldn't check it and told me it's a nationwide warranty and i can go any where. I decided to go to Schaumburg Honda and made an appointment and was told there are no charges. But, when i went there the person said it could be you window and if that's the issue we dont cover it and you have to pay $140 diagnostic charges and i was like really? I told him the other dealer ship told me there are no charges so as your dealership on the phone but they denied and the manager VJ i guess also told the same thing. I am done with them now as i called Honda on Grand and they said i can bring it there and there are no charges as its under warranty. Bob Rohrman Honda in Schaumburg is a Rip-off and they try to get you from neck. The Sales team is worst too as I bought couple of cars from there in the past for my friend and they are one of the rude and with most attitude team i have seen. Therefore, I decided last time to buy a Honda from a different dealer ship and got a great deal which Schaumburg Honda first mentioned would honor the price but later on denied. More

I contacted Schaumburg Honda via email and someone responded to me within minutes and answered all of my questions. When we went to the dealership that night, I was not expecting to feel any differently about the new Odyssey, but Scott's patience, charm and overall helpfulness turned me around completely and we ended up ordering a new vehicle that night. We were just told the night before at a dealership within an hour from Schaumburg that there were no new Odysseys in the Chicago area and here we had Scott promising us he would find us one and he absolutely did. 5 days later we drove home in our brand new 2018 Odyssey and could not be happier with our experience. In addition to Scott, Mike Lis was helpful even before we decided to purchase, giving me the confidence that this new system I would be learning would not be so difficult and could actually be enjoyable. We even had a great experience with the finance department. I forget his name, but he made what is usually a painful experience, fun and exciting as we finalized the purchase. I would recommend all my friends and family to Schaumburg Honda and tell them to call Scott Carson. More

Is is safe to sell a car if the brakes are bad I bought a 2007 Honda Civic from Schaumburg Honda around April 2017. The body was in great shape and the engine ran good. Big Mac the salesman said th I bought a 2007 Honda Civic from Schaumburg Honda around April 2017. The body was in great shape and the engine ran good. Big Mac the salesman said that the car might need struts in a couple of months which you could hear some noise. Being that the car had 153000 miles on it I expected that. The car fax report showed the car had the proper oil changes and regular maintenance. Big Mac was a nice salesman and was honest. The problem was 4 weeks later when my son drove into a curve and damaged the right front wheel. When I changed the tire I saw that there was not much brake pads left on the right front rotor. With the warm weather the air conditioner was not cooling. I was going to bring the car to my mechanic to check out the car and to get the tire replaced. After checking out the car he found the left front brakes with new brake pads but the rotor was in bad shape. The right side front brakes were metal to metal and the front bearings needed to be replaced. One of the other tires had a bulge in it so I had to replace that tire also. The relay for the air conditioner was burned up and other misc. things has to be replaced. My concern is how can you sell a car with the condition the front brakes were in and bad bearings. More
