Bad Experience and Service It was a very bad experience. I made appointment and still waited over two hours for oil change and tire rotation to be done.If I didn’t raise the ala It was a very bad experience. Furthermore, I am not sure what kind of car wash they did but my vehicle looked even dirtier before I brought it in for service. Outstanding service, outstanding people. I arrived prior to my appointment time and was checked in by a service rep. I was offered refreshments and shown the waiting room. Oil change / recall fix Four out of 5 only because I was told my free oil changes for the life of the car, was now nearing it's end bc it's 8+ years old.
