Also no updated sticker in the window for follow up oil change reminder- still had the old dealerships service reminder info on my window. If that was forgotten about what else was forgotten with my service? Customer service seemed great but when you put it all together it was an overall bad customer experience. More

Keep up the great work Schaumburg Honda Scott Carson was a gentleman and a scholar as I went into Schaumburg Honda to check out the new 2018 Honda Accord Touring model. Scott told and showe Scott Carson was a gentleman and a scholar as I went into Schaumburg Honda to check out the new 2018 Honda Accord Touring model. Scott told and showed me all the changes that they had made to the new model and what the benefits would be for me in comparison to my 2016 Accord EX-L with Honda Sensing Navigation and the V6 engine. Scott just asked that if I could lower your payment and get you into a better car would I be interested and I said yes. So he and Matt in finance magically got my numbers down and got me and upgraded Accord as he found me a 2.0T Touring with black interior and the White exterior. Scott and Matt were outstanding,courteous with my time, kept me informed thoughtful the entire process and got me into a fabulous new car. Everyone at Schaumburg Honda has been outstanding and a complete pleasure to work with every since I bought my '14 '15 and '16 Accord then my '16 pilot and now my '18 Accord Touring 2 liter turbo.
