Cheating and wrong Information Salesman talks everything good over phone but during finalization he says i havent given anything in writing so i will not honour. Even after i say i dont need finance and gave a cheque for vehicle, they will get your SSN and say this is for information and legal check, but will do a credit check for the financing. During vehicle registration i asked for a personalized plate, they mentioned we cannot do it go to DMV they will deduct the amount which you paid here and only the balance you will pay there which is wrong, i have to pay twice the registration charges for the personalized plate. I will not recommend Schaumburg honda to anybody. More
Worst experience ever!!! Worst customer service!!! VERY POOR SERVICE... Had to bring several times what was supposed to be a brand new car without any problem. As of that date, my brand new car was not VERY POOR SERVICE... Had to bring several times what was supposed to be a brand new car without any problem. As of that date, my brand new car was not fixed. Steve farmandi (service manager) & Jason were very incompetent and very unprofessional with no knowledge at all. They messed up with my car several time...They really are a joke... Apparently, I am not the first one complaining about it. I had to sell back my car to them just few month after I bought it and lose lots of money. Daniel Salome (sales associate) very pushy and aggressive, was a thief and screwed me on the sale. Apparently I am not the first one who complaining either... Think twice before going there again!!! Even better never put a foot there again... I am going to bring that further up because I lost too much money! They should fired some of sales associate like Daniel SAlome who has no knowledge at all, maybe it's why he only sold 12 cars for the 50 days... He's a thief and try to screw his customers... I wish the General MAnager knew what's going on on his site... More

This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Schaumburg Honda I worked with Don Dunning and he was great. The day I bought my car I had my 12 year old with me and Don made the purchase painless. My son had a grea I worked with Don Dunning and he was great. The day I bought my car I had my 12 year old with me and Don made the purchase painless. My son had a great time buying his first car. I also appreciated the online connection prior to coming in to test drive. I did all my research online and Don was respectful with emailing times that worked for him in advance so once I got to the dealership the entire process was under 3 hours. More

Walter district manager very unprofessional & disrespectful I purchased a brand new car July 2017, since day one my car was making very loud cracking sound while I am driving. Its coming somewhere from the dashboard with a buzzing sound coming from my radio. As of today, they are unable to fix it by keeping telling me they don't know from where in the dashboard its coming from. And by telling me they don't want to touch it anymore just to make sure its not going to happen somewhere else on the dashboard. Steve the service manager and his service advisor Jason cannot fix it and doesn't know how to fix it. I am very disappointed and unhappy because I spent lot of money on it. Walter district manager (office in California) for 9 years is very unprofessional by always answering me I cannot do anything for you and you have to keep driving this car like that. (WEIRD ANSWER BY TRYING TO GIVE ADVISE) Even without testing my car or listen the recording of that problem. I had to take this matter further. I am a CPA with a Law degree too and manage a very big company. I will have fired an employee like that based on his low experience. When I picked up my car last week after bring it over 20 times since I bought it. I think I had way more loaners cars than I ever got in my entire life. The problem still there with on top of it they cracked my dashboard panel trim by the steering wheel. Insane. Very poor service. Good luck people with the Schamburg Honda. I am not the first one complaining about them apparently. They really are a joke and not honest at all.. More

I waited 30 minutes before a service writer took care of me, as there was a line of four cars ahead of me to get into the service area. Once I was greeted by a service writer, I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take an hour, and despite the fact that I waited so long for a service writer, my car was done within the hour that I was told. More
