Oil change Well, my wife made an appointment for her car for 7 pm which was great, but apparently making an appointment means nothing. I showed up and was told I had to wait for the cars in front of me. Fine I was there so I decide to wait. 2 hours later many cars have come and gone that arrived before and we’ll after me. I still don’t understand that. I was like the last person there, I decide to find out what the status is. I go up to a service rep who did not check me in, I’m told to wait a minute so he can text and type something for someone who was not there. After 5 minutes the original rep comes back so I go to him and the car was just finishing up. I recommend not taking appointments if they are not truly available and to notify people that it is a 2hr plus wait if they are just getting an oil change. More
