Refused to listen to problem with care I have an on again/off again issue with my hatchback not closing/or sometimes not being able to open. The first time this happened, I mentioned to se I have an on again/off again issue with my hatchback not closing/or sometimes not being able to open. The first time this happened, I mentioned to service writer when I brought in for oil change. It wasn't happening at the time and he said it was probably a fluke. Then the second time it happened, The hatch would not close. I was able to get it to catch somewhat so that it wouldn't fly open and took it to the dealer. On the way my car would not auto lock at all and my door open light kept blinking. As soon as I pulled into the dealer parking lot, the doors suddenly clicked and locked. So, of course, this shows no issue. I waited 2 hours for them to look at the car and instead of listening to how the car was acting, he insisted on giving me a lesson on how to use my hatch. I've had this car for quite a few years and have not had any issues with the hatch until just recently. I did not suddenly forget how to use it. I asked him if it could be the actuator going out and he said there's no way because it's working now. More

Then we switched seats because They were driving without a license plate. Super unprofessional . They didnt even act interested in my sale when they knew i didn't have money to put down. I told them mt budget and they suggested i ask my parents for $3000. This was after i told her no, im not asking for anything from them. Then they insulted my age by saying no one is going to want to give me a loan since im young and don't have enough experience with loans. The amusing part was how they offered hot water and stale popcorn. Would not recommend this place at all. Give it 1 of 10 because they at least showed me the car i wanted to see. More

Worst customer service ever! Your service advisor Bob Ott was rude and never explained any of the work done to my car. Never came to bring me my keys. I never saw him. Waited over three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Very unacceptable! Will never buy another car from your dealership. This was the third time being treated very poorly! Will never come back! More
A very pleasant experience. Nick was very nice and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about the car he was selling and if there was something he didn’t know he found out from his manager right away. Both of the managers (don’t remember the names) also were very helpful and worked with our budget. I would definitely recommend this dealership! I’m very happy and excited to drive my new car! More
