Overprice and horrible service I was busy working in the hospital and sent a freind to do an oil change! I recommend people to go to McGrath Honda in Elgin, very nice people and very professional and they always take care of me with 50 dollar something for oil change and rotations! More

Service Fail Svc advisor was fine. Tech ignored my comments and looked only at tires. Did not run codes. Had to tell tech what a "pending" code was. Tech did not c Svc advisor was fine. Got new tires and came back for align but prob remained. When returned car for another review, tech reported, "yeah, axles bad." And this from a certified mechanic? Motorwerks would have never done this. We bought and serviced four Hondas here and this tech was the worst. We'll look for other svc alternatives after this. More
