Came in for a CRV left with another Pilot Turned in my 2016 pilot and wanted to size down for a CRV. However, the leasing program was a better deal if I stayed with a Pilot. The CRV, a smaller car, was the same money every month. So stayed another 2 hours to pick a Pilot out and wait for paperwork. Total time spent at dealer was 4 hours. Everyone, from the sales guy Big Mac to Tony at the finance department to the guys washing the car and getting it ready were very professional. I would highly recommend this dealer for its quality cars and friendly knowledgeable employees. More
Lost a wheel on road after tire rotation I went for an oil change on August 20th for my 2016 Honda Pilot. The service rep told me that it's due for tire rotation. So I agreed. After the servi I went for an oil change on August 20th for my 2016 Honda Pilot. The service rep told me that it's due for tire rotation. So I agreed. After the service one WHEEL SEPARATED WHILE DRIVING!!! Thankfully my young kids were not with me. I never had an car accident before and the experience was horrible. Service manager took the car back, put the wheel back on and told me everything looks fine. I found it hard to believe because I felt a big impact when the wheel separated and without knowing I lost a wheel I drove a block on three wheels to safety. The service manager insisted that everything was fine and told me to bring it back if I found any issues. I had it inspected by another shop. And of course, steering knuckle and back plate of the lost wheel were both damaged. Now they refuse to fix it and told me that “the car is safe to drive”. Unbelievable! What kind of business is this? More

We were narrowing down our choice between a few SUV models and we realized there's a reason the CR-V comes up #1 on most every rating. I was also happy to see "USA" all over the Parts Content on the sticker. The staff, especially our sales associate Sergio Ramos, were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they were not aggressive. The negotiation was a relatively painless process. It was the classic "floating sheet of paper" going back and forth from sales to management with various numbers scratched all over it. Ignore that. My wife and I had a number in mind for what we wanted to pay per month for the lease based on our research beforehand. We got a great price for our trade-in, especially after having done the "Value Your Trade" on their website. The only annoying part of the process was actually all the e-mails after doing the "value your trade." I three separate people emailing me in <24hr. I almost chose to go to a different Honda dealer because I assumed it would be a pushy sale. I'm glad I ignored those emails because I had the opposite experience. In the future, I will make Schaumburg Honda my first stop and recommend them to anyone who asks. More

We were unable to see the vehicle in person so we did all communication via email and phone. He answered all of our questions, and was readily available when we needed information. Arriving at the dealership we were taken care of from start to finish. The entire buying process with John Azpuru was 5 stars. We are very happy with our new car! More

I guess he had no interest in selling me a car. Thank goodness there are other dealerships that are! More
