Got a new 2018 today and gave back my 2016. Sales rep., Aldonna had emailed me 2 weeks ago and we had made an appointment to meet today. All went very easily. In at 12:45 and out by 3pm. No problems and I feel I received a fair deal. More

A 2 hour oil change? and then "you need new brakes?" I took my Pilot in for an oil change at 7:00 pm...thinking I would avoid the rush. After I checked in and dropped off the keys, I went to look at the I took my Pilot in for an oil change at 7:00 pm...thinking I would avoid the rush. After I checked in and dropped off the keys, I went to look at the new body styled Pilot. I started talking to a salesman and he suggested they look at my Pilot so we could get a trade number on the table. He took my Pilot and had it avaluated but didn't bring it back to start and complete the oil change. All they wanted to do was sell me a new car and not service my current Pilot!!! After 75 minutes of sitting in the waiting room, I started to ask questions..like... when will my car be ready. It was a goat rodeo just to find my car. They finally found it and 45 minutes later they gave me the keys and continued to try and sell me a new Pilot. Just before they closed out the transaction, they indicated I needed brakes...for another $650!!! I declined and took the car to my local mechanic. Turns out I have another 10k miles or so on these brakes!! I will send a follow up note on this when I actually replace the brakes and show you the actual mileage on the oil change receipt and the brake job receipt. Stay tuned. If I had a few thousand miles left..OK I might understand. But 10k miles left...talk about a con job? More

Really helpful finding me a car My mom and I came in last week because repair costs on her 01 Volkswagen were getting too out of hand. She was referred to Donald to help her get into a better car. After spending time with the manager and finance, we were able to find the right and perfect car for a payment lower than what my mom budgeted for. She is so happy about her car and has been telling people about Donald every chance she gets. He was really good at explaining the sales process even though there was a slight language barrier. My mother and I will continue to visit Donald and send people his way who need a car. More

Best car salesman ever My wife went to Schaumburg Honda in April 2018 browsing the possibilities of Pilots, we decided that it wasn't the right time for us to by a new car a My wife went to Schaumburg Honda in April 2018 browsing the possibilities of Pilots, we decided that it wasn't the right time for us to by a new car at that moment... However, Deron was such a great person overall that we came back in October just for him. We ended up getting a Used CRV, and Deron was just as amazing at helping us as before. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to make us happy. He worked hard to get us into a comfortable monthly payment that we could afford. I would recommend anyone going to this dealership to specifically request for Derons assistance then wait if he is busy, trust me its worth it 110%. More

Major maintenance done as promised and on time. Had major problems with frame failure on my '02 Honda. Tough to get parts needed for 16 year old classic car. Dealer pedcormed a national search and found all the parts in 36 hours allowing for major frame and front end rebuild as promised on time. Kept me advised of progress and costs. Finished the job as scheduled when car was needed. Prices for parts/service are high compared to other shops. More
