Headlight Replacement I had someone approach me in the service area inquiring as to what I needed. I explained I had a headlight burned out. He said the bulb would be $35.0 I had someone approach me in the service area inquiring as to what I needed. I explained I had a headlight burned out. He said the bulb would be $35.00. I then stated I wanted it installed. He said that could take up to 1-1/2 hrs. I stated I had an appt. He then stepped away as he didn’t have a clue what he was doing/saying. A service advisor then helped through the process and my headlight was replaced in a timely manner. All was well! More

Genuine, Knowledgeable, & Care for their customer I met my sales person, Scott Carson, six years ago when I bought my Honda Pilot from him. When I found myself in the market for a new vehicle again, I met my sales person, Scott Carson, six years ago when I bought my Honda Pilot from him. When I found myself in the market for a new vehicle again, it was Scott that brought me back to the Schaumburg Honda dealer, Bob Rohrman. Again, my experience was A+. Scott listened to my needs, discussed my budget, and worked through options that would be best to suit me, not the company. They are a full team over there-in addition to Scott Carson, I had Ray, Adam, Mike - all assisting me and fielding my questions on vehicle equipment and financing. I shopped at two other dealers before meeting with Scott. He topped the other two both on price and interest rate. He has earned my business for keeps. I’ll be pleased to refer Scott to all my family and friends. More

I have been going here for several years now and som The Service advisor team's take a personal interest in the service they provide to each customer. I have been going here for several years now and sometimes although they're very busy they will provide through and clear exclamation of service. Unfortunately when they are busy it may be a delay in getting your car back as promised but they work hard to keep you informed of the work being done on your car. And depending on the service time needed they will offer you a loaner or a shuttle. I greatly appreciate the shop's availability; that of being open until midnight during the week. Once in the garage you were greeted very promptly and Courteously with a smile. Had help from a service writer named Vito Pannarale. Cannot say enough good things about this gentleman! Greeted with a smile as he listened to my problems with the vehicle and suggested solutions while guiding me with his professional advice as well. At no time did I feel like I would be taken advantage of or lost in the process of repairs since that is out of my realm of every day knowledge. I say this since I have heard horror stories of shady garages and that’s why I go here since I feel my best interest for the vehicle is at hand. Absolutely will continue to patronize this establishment for further maintenance and repairs. Aces all around and great work thank you so much. More
