poor customer service 1.wait 15 minutes in line and they told me that i do not have appointment(even i got conformation from you )well ,but they will take care of me 2.wai 1.wait 15 minutes in line and they told me that i do not have appointment(even i got conformation from you )well ,but they will take care of me 2.wait ,nobody call me so after hour i checked- well ,i probably dial number wrong-very professional answer 3.asked front desk if they washed my car- it is not working today ,o well 4.asked again service person(been told something different before ) , o yes no problem see the guy so he could take your car again and wash SO ,was not broken. well, hard to say it was washed anyway. that was my last visit . Questions left unanswered. Along with my oil change, etc. I needed some information about the tech component in my car. I have an IPhone which works for phone calls both sendi Along with my oil change, etc. I needed some information about the tech component in my car. I have an IPhone which works for phone calls both sending and receiving; but when I engage the google maps direction apt , the system willl not speak the directions. My IPhone works perfectly in our other Honda CRV and in other cars I might be riding in. Unfortunately, the person who could have helped me was not in until 12 and I could not stay to discuss this with him. No one called me back on the problem. I did speak to the person at the counter on the sales floor and he was very nice but could not help with this. I was given a business card for the one who could help . I have not been able to return to further delve into the problem. I see no info in the cars booklet on this topic. More

Car Purcahse Was very happy to make a deal on a brand new Honda Civic hatchback. Mike was really professional with his work and even greeted me upon arriving the dealership. I knew just the car I wanted, but he still gave me many options on trims and also let me test drive all of them. Mike was very patient as well since I was recovering from a car accident and had to wait for the check to arrive. We made a deal and I was happy to get the car for the price. Special thanks to his manager Kurt as well for the experience. Will definitely be coming back to pick up another car. More
