No pressure car buying I did a lot of research before heading to the dealer, like I do with all big purchases. I first went to a Honda dealer closer to me, not a single worker acknowledged that I was circling the lot. I don’t like being hassled or pressured when I’m shopping anywhere, but I at least like the workers to acknowledge I am a customer and will possibly buy something; on top of that, they didn’t have the color I was looking for (Sonic Gray Pearl) so I went to my next Honda dealership on my list, Schaumburg Honda. Circled around the lot and found the Civic and color I wanted and at that time a salesman, Stephen Gonzalez, came out to ask if I need assistance. Stephen is a very friendly and personable. Doing the test drive felt like I was driving around with a friend that knew about about cars and was occasionally telling me about the car I was driving. When I decided I wanted the car, he was open and honest with me about what could be done to get the price lower to what I was willing to pay. Once it was all set and done, Stephen and Michael, who I believe is some type of car tech specialist, went through every setting and feature about the car with me until I knew all I needed. Even days, weeks, and now months after taking the car home, I have reached out to Stephen with questions and he has answered or gotten me answers, even if it’s not his specific department’s expertise. I really like that I get help even after the sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Stephen to anyone looking for a car. More

Worst Deal ever I bought Honda Pilot from Rohrman auto group back in mid Novemeber.Everything went fine on the day of buying the car but since I was from out of state I bought Honda Pilot from Rohrman auto group back in mid Novemeber.Everything went fine on the day of buying the car but since I was from out of state I had to do the car registration on my own. I was told within 7-10 days I would receive all the paperwork in mail to take care of that however it has been more than 1.5 months and I have not received anything from the dealership. The temporary license plate they provided has also expired and they are not willing to renew it. I called the dealership for almost 2 weeks everyday before they told me that they have damaged the title and have requested a new title from the state of Illinois. They also said it usually takes 2 weeks for that to come. It has been 3 weeks since then and they still don't have the title. All my happiness for my new car has been completly ruined by the dealership. I would highly recommend to avoid this dealership since they are big cheats. No matter how many times you call the dealership you cannot get hold of anyone. It is extemely frustrating for me as I am out of state so I can't even go to the dealership. At this point I'm totaly out of ideas to help myself. More

Amazing service PLEASE READ THIS! I couldn't give them a high enough review. We were passing through Chicago on our way to a funeral. Of course the battery ligh PLEASE READ THIS! I couldn't give them a high enough review. We were passing through Chicago on our way to a funeral. Of course the battery light comes on. Ugh. If the car is running when this happens it has to be the charging system/alternator. It's 2pm on a Friday. I have my wife and 4 young boys in the car. We have non-refundable reservations in MI that night. And were on our way TO the funeral, so limping home isn't an option. Crap. Explained situation to the nearest dealership - McGrath Honda. They said too bad, we're going home in 2 hours, call someone else. Luckily Schaumberg Honda was just a few miles farther. I spoke to Anthony (if a manager reads this he is an asset to your business) and he made a spot for us. Knowing we were from out of town and would likely not be repeat customers they still made our repair top priority because of the kids. Diagnosed the problem for free to confirm it was the alternator. Gave us the local discount for parts. Put a 2nd worker on the job to expedite the repair. From start to finish we were back on the road in 4 hours. Amazing. Please go to this business and tell Anthony you read this review. What a dude! Internet used car purchase Live out of state and was looking for a specific year and model used Honda. Website pictures looked great and was assured by Scott M. that the car looked great and only had 1 scratch (which I paid $600 to have repaired) After repeated phone conversations in which I was assured the car was in great shape I agreed to buy the car and arranged for it to be shipped to me. When the car arrived and after seeing the pictures of the car by the shipping company when it was picked up it was obvious that the pictures on the website had been photo shopped. The car needed $2,000 of body work to make it look as described. Scott M. and the dealership will not respond in any way to my repeated attempts to address this situation. BUYER BEWARE , THEY WILL DECEIVE AND LIE TO GET THE SALE AND THEN THEY WILL IGNORE YOU More
