My car purchase took 7 hours from start to finish!. My salesman, Sergio Ramos was horrible.! He actually would disappear for hours. We had to ask other salesmen to page him. He was working on 3 deals at t salesman, Sergio Ramos was horrible.! He actually would disappear for hours. We had to ask other salesmen to page him. He was working on 3 deals at the same time! I watched how other deals were completed while I sat and waited. He kept promising that I was next to go into finacining while several other customers that arrived after me went into financing before me. Finally after the purchase was completed. Sergio kept making excuses, even offering free oil changes which he never even followed through with providing. He didn't even take the time to give me a walk thru about the fratures of the vehicle. Honestly, I was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of that dealership as fast as I could. It was the worst experience that I have ever had with a car purchase! More
