I expected professional treatment from the dealership but all the employees were busy talking to themselves and cracking jokes rather than helping customers. The sales rep I talked to was so lazy that she didn’t even bother to note the proper mileage on the car on the paperwork. She just wrote some random numbers which I pointed out to the finance manager and later got corrected. The finance manager told me that noting incorrect mileage on paperwork is illegal. I was appalled to learn that sales reps doesn’t even know a simple thing like that. I bought a vehicle that was serviced all the time at this dealership but I wouldn’t want to return to this dealership anymore for any kind of service. My wife and I had to wait for more than an hour without any reason and when I asked what’s going on that’s when they said the paperwork is being done and that’s the reason for the wait.
