Very Disappointed in my experience. Prior to coming in to dealer, we agreed to a purchase price to match a competitor. After arrival, quote was increased by $1000. I showed offer and they said they would cor dealer, we agreed to a purchase price to match a competitor. After arrival, quote was increased by $1000. I showed offer and they said they would correct. Their second attempt was to withhold offering the special financing offered through Honda. After I pointed out that I wanted the special rate, they returned with a bundle of ancillary products that they stated I was required to purchase. A complete waste of time and zero integrity from the dealership. Salesman appeared to be doing as instructed from the tower. When a supposed manager came over, he blatantly lied to my face. Shortly after leaving, I secured the vehicle as agreed with the other dealer. Did not need to purchase the bundle of products they tried to tie in. Will never be back for purchase or servicing. More

This is our second new car purchased from this dealership. Friendly, no pressure buying experience. The service department can be trusted. Quality cars. Unpleasant experience-unprofessional staff with the exception of our salesman (Mike Pastukh.). He was friendly and knowledgeable. The sales manager and finance were unprofessional and abrasive. Dirt exception of our salesman (Mike Pastukh.). He was friendly and knowledgeable. The sales manager and finance were unprofessional and abrasive. Dirty dealership and shady practices. The price was great after putting a lot of effort into the negotiation. The trade in was very low, which made the overall deal not as appealing. I regret giving my business to this dealership. Be prepared to be on your toes and look over the contract carefully for swapped numbers, etc . The next week, I also bought a second vehicle and went to many dealerships that I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by. This dealership was by far the worst for overall experience. Only go if what your looking for is not on another lot at similar price. Not worth the hassle. More

Horrible. I should have bought from Barrington Honda even though they did not have my color but they deal with classy people and thus don’t cheat and misrepresent like schaumburg. I have bought several cars from schaumburg in last 30 years and always been disappointed especially with Odyssey that needed a new transmission every 35k and I donated it when it needed its 3rd transmission. They tried to cheat me with 2021 CRV by removing some options from the final offer. I left when I noticed it but went back because I could not find the color I wanted at Barrington and Schaumburg raised their price by $1900. The salesman said his manager wants to punish me for leaving and coming back. I thought they were in car business but apparently they are also in punishment business. Very horrible low class people. I bought an EX because salesman told me EXL only has leather and Touring only has GPS but I found out later EXL and Touring have much more than that. If he had showed and explained EXL or Touring I would have most probably bought Touring . Terrible experience More

The dealership is very noisy with crazy loud music. Not even able to have proper conversation while making deals. Could be their strategy of distracting customers. I complained about the loud music while I was there but no use. The sales rep I worked with had no clue what she was doing and have no knowledge about the car I asked for. The only good part is, the deal I got is very good and I liked the car I bought. But the experience at the dealership is horrible. There are some people there just giving fist bumps to customers but no one I talked to seemed professional. Guess thats what we should expect from how Honda dealership The only professional I met was the finance manager who was very courteous and explained me things well about the paperwork. More
