I have been a customer of Schaumburg Honda since 1995 and so have a few of my family members. It is unfortunate that their service is not what it used to be but they do have the most stock of other dealers. so have a few of my family members. Just bought a brand new car ($ big ticket item) and did not feel appreciated as I did in the past. My salesman (Kenny) didn’t even introduce himself nor did he explain a lot of features on the car and it had been awhile since I had a new one. The Finance guy did not give his business card (nor did the salesman) and never mentioned how I’d hear from the bank about payments (email - coupon book, etc) I know we are In trying times and they did seem short staffed but a car purchase is a big item - make the customer feel worthwhile.
