I actually purchased my 2017 Fusion, new, from Bob Rohrman Ford, in Schaumburg in 2017. I took in it on my last month of warranty to get a tire pressure sensor problem fixed. I was shocked when they t Rohrman Ford, in Schaumburg in 2017. I took in it on my last month of warranty to get a tire pressure sensor problem fixed. I was shocked when they told me it is not covered under warranty, they would have to order it and it would cost me ~$150. I expressed my disappointment at which time the service advisor suggested I could call the a manager next week and speak to him. When I got home, I called Ford corporate, customer support and after explaining my problem, the rep said the sensor should be covered under warranty and suggested I call another dealer near me. I did exactly that, at which time Arlington Heights Ford, got me in the next day and immediately agreed to fix it under warranty. Needless to say, when I buy another Ford, it will be from Arlington Heights Ford. More
