My car went in for a simple recall service plus an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my car and they said it got the full inspection and everything came out great. If my car passed the inspection, how could this happen? Now, I have to pay for a tow and for the fix of this problem. No way I am doing that through Schaumburg Ford and will have to go elsewhere. I will never go back to Schaumburg Ford because I will never trust them again. They did something to my car so that I would request more service. When I called them about this, they did not take any accountability. My expectation would be that Schaumburg Ford would tow my car and fix it without charge to me. No way I can get a "car is great shape" after inspection and this happen. More

I am very impressed with Schamburg Ford, starting with the purchase of our 2018 F150 Powerstroke and continuing with the service department.
