Was told tires were in need of immediate replacement, at 2/32. And that replacements were over $1000+. I then had to take an hour of my time to go to Discount Tire for a second opinion, they told me all tir 2/32. And that replacements were over $1000+. I then had to take an hour of my time to go to Discount Tire for a second opinion, they told me all tires at 5/32 and that Ford lied to get my money. Tires are in fact only 1 year old and have only 22,000 miles on them. Battery replacement was recommended, and quote on paperwork was $42, but when I called to confirm an appointment to get that new battery, I was told $200. The next day I received a mailer from Golf Mill Ford for the same 2 year battery for $109. Also a coupon for brake service for $99. My quote was $500 for brakes. How can I trust a dealership that lies and misquotes for my TWO Fords? More
