I took my 2022 Ford Bronco which I purchased at this dealership for service and wow did they F*** everything up. A simple tire rotation was not done correctly. Maybe Bob Rohrman should pay his employees on the quality of work and not how fast he gets people in an out. I will not return to this dealership for anything anymore. The buying experience was great but unfortunately the service ruined everything. I’ve bought 23 cars in the last 17 years so this is a big loss for Bob Rohrman. More

Just to be clear Dana Dingman is not the complaint but the person who scheduled my appointment. When Scheduling the appointment I requested a time but when I showed up I found out that it was scheduled the person who scheduled my appointment. When Scheduling the appointment I requested a time but when I showed up I found out that it was scheduled for an hour later. I will willing to come back in an hour to wait but they were able to take my car early. With that said I still had to wait almost 3 hours for my car's oil change and break line flush. I was also not informed of the price of either service when I called in to schedule nor when I went over the services when I arrived. More
