I chose this dealership because of the great reviews it has on this website, and I have to say I was not disappointed. I went in with a specific car that I wanted and didn't want anything else but that par has on this website, and I have to say I was not disappointed. Ron didn't try to push any other cars on me and he asked me straight up if I wanted this car and if I would leave with it that day if he got it to a price where I could afford it. He didn't beat around the bush or play any of the games most salesmen play. Basically, I went in knowing what car I wanted and about two hours later I left with that car. It was a much quicker experience than I had been expecting. Ideen was also very helpful with the finance stuff; I just signed a bunch of papers and we were done. It was an excellent experience and I already have recommended this dealership and Ron to a friend who is looking to buy a car. More

We went in to this Ford dealer because my husband has bought other cars there. When it came time to buy me a new car we headed here first. He took us on a test drive and pointed out all the features of the vehicle. He explained all the different packages and prices that were available, such as the SE and SEL. After talking to him, we felt confident that this was the type of car that we wanted and he even helped us pick out the color! He and the new car manage, D. Jay Hattula did not try to pressure us and made buying a car a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend talking to Mark before you make a decision about buying a car. More

I was shopping for a car last weekend and had stopped in to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford and the salesman Brian Plyam had worked with me for over 4 hours !!! I was probably driving the young man insane with all my questions and driving multiple vehicles, but he kept it together and didn't show any signs of frustration I just have to say it was the most pleasant experience I had ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Brian is not your typical pushy car salesman, he made sure to take the time and educate me on the vehicles that I came in to look at.
