Great job! Work was done in a timely manner and staff was professional. They had a car ready for me so that I was not inconvenienced I wish the Ford App allowed for the requesting of a loaner car when bo professional. I also feel that Ford should look at what other manufacturers are doing with routine maintenance with respect to leased vehicles. My 30K checkup cost almost $700.00. Other manufacturers roll in routine maintenance into leasing agreements so lessees have almost no out of pocket expenses for keeping the leased vehicle up to date on maintenance. More

Pothole damage to both driver's side tires. Two flat tires from hitting a pothole during a snowstorm. Once the tow truck was available to pick up the car, the dealer was quick to assess the dam Two flat tires from hitting a pothole during a snowstorm. Once the tow truck was available to pick up the car, the dealer was quick to assess the damage was limited to only the tires, wheels were OK. Unfortunately, there is no Road Hazard Warranty offered on new cars, only new tires purchased for existing cars. Tires were ordered, installed the next day and alignment performed. It was an expensive lesson but overall, I'm happy with the service performed. More
