Been buying and servicing my vehicles with Schaller Honda for many years now. Disappointed with the last service appointment. I got new tires and changed my air and cabin filter the day before my service for many years now. Disappointed with the last service appointment. I got new tires and changed my air and cabin filter the day before my service appointment. I mentioned that to the service rep. Then to my surprise the service department noted on my service order that my air and cabin filter where really bad and needed to be replaced. They also said I needed new brakes at a cost of $1500.00. I took my car to a local mechanic to check the price on a brake job. He lifted the car and after looking around told me that my brakes are good, don't need new brakes. Lost my trust. May they improve their customer relations with honesty and integrity. More

This my second visit to Schaller for service and my impression is getting worse. Both times I've arrived for service I'm guided into the receiving bay and then, not acknowledged. I sit in my car and people look at me or I get out of the car and conversations just happen around me. I'm not expecting much, just someone to say we'll be right with you. This visit I needed an oil change and I had a repeated issue of a small leak in one of my tires. I asked for that to be checked again. I also asked if they could just look at the passenger side dash and glove compartment because I was hearing something loose. The person that took down my items said that would be an additional $230.00. I said forget it, I can buy a new tire for less. Thankfully a manager heard me upset with the charge and after explaining that my Accord was purchased in October and Pre-Owned he said they would check the tire and noise at no additional charge. Once they were done I had to remind the tech to check the noise I was hearing from the passenger side. When the service rep came back with the news about the noise he said it was the connection of the rearview mirror to the windshield. This he said would be $40 to replace. I told him no. When I got into my car to leave I could see the loose plastic around the mirror. I pushed it toward the windshield and it clicked into place. Now if that piece costs $40, no problem, but the price isn't what upset me. What I continue to be upset about that the tech. professional didn't even try that. If I could fix it in 2 seconds so could the tech. This consistent lack of customer care is the reason I will not be returning to Schaller for service. More
Sent my car in for damaged to my 2024 outback . Had a coffee spillage from the impact on driver side. I asked if they cleaned the coffee splatters and they said yes, car was detail . It’s all money for servicing. My car is making noise since I bring it from the service center. I didn’t bring it back, they might going to charge me for that as well. Brought the car in to check why the tires are loosing pressure. The passenger rear was losing the mist. It was down to 24 psi. They found a small nail and repaired it. I asked why the warning light didn’t go on and the technician wasn’t sure why. Came back with my dad and he asked why didn’t the technician check to see if the sensor maybe was faulty but got no good answer from the Representative. First he said he did check then he said he didn’t. He said next time you bring it we will have them check the sensors. That should had been done as I feel is a safety issue. so if the tire is low it might not warn me at this point. Shouldn’t have to go back and forth. More
