He helped me to understand exactly what I could expect from the team he manages and he kept me informed of when I could expect the deliverance the automobile which was when I needed it, at the end of a short vacation for me. After the service call I drove the vehicle for quite a ride and was really impressed with the vehicles performance. Real nice job done at this dealership service center and the help of a courteous team manager Russell Tomazic, futhermore after getting another estimate at another service center, I chose this center at the lower price. When I was there to pay I notice the surpentine belt was not on the repair. The girl came out and said it was done it was part of the 100 miles change. When I got home my son looked at my car and said the belt wasn’t change. When I called the girl I told her she lied and the belt wasn’t changed. I was upset and did raise my voice beacause I asked her there and she kept saying yes it was. She said if I keep raising my voice she will hang up on me. I asked for manager she said he wasn’t there. Now I have to go back Saturday to get it done and she said for no charge. No kiddingI already paid for it? Is is because I was old and a women she was playing me for a sucker. If my son didn’t look I would of never known! So much for Schiller Honda. There other Honda dealers ! I loved that place but thank God my son decided to look,! ROTTEN SERVICE!!MrsMorehouse More

After 5,000 miles the car was making a noise, checked the oil and it was BONE DRY! Immediately filled it and took it to another Honda dealer where I had the oil changed and did 2 follow up visits to see if the oil was leaking or burning, and it checked out fine. I’ll NEVER go to Schaller again. I did call to speak to the service manager. He wasn’t there and I was assured that he’d call me back...which he never did. If you have an oil change, immediately check your oil levels after leaving. More

They just go about and perform in a profunctory manner. Very unpleasant way to start off my morning. Waiting area needs some cleaning up. I'll think twice before going back for any additional service. You shouldn't need to be a "top end car" to be treated nicely. More
Bait and Switch in the Service Department I have been receiving emails from this dealership with deals for their service department for months, even though I never bought my car here. My car I have been receiving emails from this dealership with deals for their service department for months, even though I never bought my car here. My car has 80,000+ miles and shakes at the start of my drive, so I am in the process of deciding whether or not to put work into the car or to just buy a new car. I decided to make an appointment to have my car looked at to see how much work would need to be done on it. I asked three times on the phone whether or not the inspection/diagnosis was free, and three times I was told that the initial inspection/estimate was free. I scheduled the appointment only after I was sure that the estimate would be free. I pulled up to the dealership and the person in service acted like he had no clue I even had an appointment. He then told me they do not do free estimates or inspections, and instead I would have to pay $115. I told him exactly what happened when I scheduled the appointment, so he called someone else over who told me that what I said was not possible. I left without getting my vehicle serviced, because I would rather go to a place that is honest with you when you are setting up appointments. I have no trust in this dealership. More
Service sucks Lazy , rude an inconvenient. Keep going to get 3 o2 sensors fixed that should be covered under the "all state" warranty. All they have been doing is r Lazy , rude an inconvenient. The van was in excellent condition except damaged front bumper and right front wheel. On 10/15/2012, I received a call from Schaller Honda Body Shop, asked me to pick up my van and "it's all set, and by the way, we changed your engine oil for $39". We did not authorize the oil change, just asked for the price, but were never heard from them about the price until that day. I went to pick up my van after work, around 6pm, paid the casher anyway. After started the engine, a "Check Engine" light was on, and a "VSC" (Vehicle Stability Control) light was on. They were never on before. Nobody except the casher was at the service department at that time, the casher told me to drive my van home, said it's OK to drive with those lights on, I refused and left van at the dealer. I reported the lights problem to "Brian" at Schaller Honda Body Shop the next day 10/16/2012. He said he'll investigate it and see if it was related to accident, I told him that it was not related to accident as those lights were not on when I brought the van in. "Brian" called me the next day, stated that if the problem was related to accident and if insurance approved, insurance would pay for it, otherwise it would be my responsibility to fix it. He also claimed the check engine lights and VSC lights were on when he took photos before the repair. He also stated that after bumper and wheel repair, van was sent to service department, and the technician noticed those lights on before oil change. I reviewed the photos later, and of course, those lights were NOT on in the photo. But they still refused to fix the problem unless I pay for it. They only agreed to run diagnostic test for free, but the test was incomplete due to "lack of gas in gas tank". Insurance company refused to pay for the engine and VSC lights problem. I contacted body shop director "Bruce Plourde" and owner Art Schaller, both claimed the van just happened to have problem while under their care, and they will not fix it or even complete the diagnosis for free. They asked me to pick up my van today, or I have to pay for the rental myself. I went to pick up my van around noon time, I went to the service department and asked them for all documents about my van, because on the oil change invoice, there is no mention of engine and VSC lights on. They found an invoice paper for my van, and on the back of the paper, there was a technician's handwriting: "Check Engine light and VSC light on". I asked for a copy, a service manager came in, said they can not give it to me, I have to talk to "Bruce". They detached the page and took it away. Bruce came in, asked me to leave, I said you can not hide the documents, and Bruce said “Of course I can!”. I asked if they can give me names of the 2 people that found the documents, they refused and Bruce and the manager asked the cashers who saw the paper not to talk to me. When I insist, they tried to scare me away by pretending to call 911. After a long wait, no police showed. I have to go back to work, I left. The bottom line of my case is, I brought my van for a bumper and wheel repair, when I went to pick up my van, I’ve got nasty surprise with more serious problems. They dealership created the problems after they worked on it, and kept it quiet, they did not document it so that they can destroy the evidence easily. When I confronted them, they became nasty and tried to chase me away. Bad business, bad people, from technicians all the way up to the owner. More
