We waited over two and a half hours to have our car serviced! They never contacted us to tell us the car was ready!! Statement said put a oil change oil sticker on the window, Not!! serviced! A/C took 2-1/2 days to fix. Told the car would be ready at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Left word to say I was coming to get the car Wednesday morning. No call back so I came in and had Told the car would be ready at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Left word to say I was coming to get the car Wednesday morning. No call back so I came in and had to wait several hours because the car wasn’t ready. To be fair, the cost was lower than expected and Carlos came in on his day off to make sure it was ready. More
The service department does a good job as usual. Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes. I waited three weeks for an appointment for a recall repair on June 27, 2023,, arrived at 8am and left my car there for half a day with a ride on the shuttle without a loaner, only to be called in the a repair on June 27, 2023,, arrived at 8am and left my car there for half a day with a ride on the shuttle without a loaner, only to be called in the afternoon and told that they had no “repair kits” available that day. No apologies were made on the telephone. I was told this after my car was there for hours and after I paid for an oil change. When I retrieved my car, there was no one in management present to explain, apologize or offer a solution to the problem. I was also given the most expensive (full synthetic) oil in my 2010 car, which I never use. I will not give my business to Schaller any longer. More
