Took our car in for wiper pump repair, two recalls, and a loose trim piece. Was told over text message that they would have to get a part ordered to fix the wiper pump. Went back later to get the car to find that they did the recalls and replaced our air filter but didn't do anything else. The trim is still loose because they want the body shop to fix it instead and that requires another appointment, the wiper fluid is still not working because they need a part, and the recall work they did was shoddy. They had to replace the side view mirrors and the replacements are crap. It looks like a fun house mirror. I had to pay over $240, nothing was done that we wanted, and the car came back worse than when we dropped it off. My wife is a nurse so it's tough to get her car in there and now we're going to have to go back again and also make an additional appointment for the body shop. I don't like my time and money being wasted and communication was poor. Poor experience and service. More

When asked if I viewed my video of the work on my car, I told Carlos I never got one. His reply, OH ok I can walk you through what you need. My receipt says, for the CSRep to follow up with getting a correct cell phone number and he never did. Hence the reason why I never was notified, via text, of my car being worked on or completed. I actually made the call to see if it was done. I do have to say that I was a bit shocked when told the total as Carlos did not mention that high of an amount at drop off Friday. Wish I received a phone call to check in with me Monday, before the day started and during to give me a heads up. I do appreciate the loaner for the weekend and think that shows best customer service! More
