For the most part oil changes have been fine. Since I have had your shop replace my tires, I have had an issue with hesitation upon slow acceleration between 20 and 30 mph. When I brought my car in if was for a typical service and wiper blades. While inspecting my car other issues were discovered. When the service manager came to talk to me about the 3 issues and show me the wiper blades. While inspecting my car other issues were discovered. When the service manager came to talk to me about the 3 issues and show me the price I was in sticker shock. I asked if there was any way to bring down the price and he said we could cut one of the issues and I said no I meant more in the way of a coupon or discount, he giggled and said he would see what he could do. Well he decided to cut that one service and not tell me. Then once I left I figured out they did not replace my wiper blades. So I called and they said there was a mix up in cars and if I could come back now they would do it (they had not charged me so that was good). So I turned around and went back only to find out they really did not have any. I was then told to come back the next day, which I could not so went the following day. I get there and find out they only have 2 out of the 3 I need, so they put those on. I was then told I would get a call when the third one came in. Well it has been weeks and I still do not have my third blade. I have to say I have been going to Schaller Honda for almost 20 years and over the last 2 years their services has gone down hill. I will be looking for a new place to bring my vehicle for service. I gave them a 2 star because they were nice enough to get me an uber to bring me home while the other issues were fixed. More
