I brought my car in because it had automatic ly braked when there was no one in front of me on three occasions. On one of these occasions there was a van behind me and they were very upset that my car was when there was no one in front of me on three occasions. It is very concerning that I have no way of knowing when this might happen and I am concerned I could get rear ended. My car is still under warranty. I was told by the person in charge of repairs that they were told not to address the problem at all unless they can duplicate it. I am very disappointed that with a problem this potentially dangerous the dealership repair department has a verbalized hands off policy.
