Worst car-buying experience I ever had! At initial visit, had to wait at least 20-30 minutes to be greeted and offered help Did not get what I wanted: Had first decided a factory order At initial visit, had to wait at least 20-30 minutes to be greeted and offered help Did not get what I wanted: Had first decided a factory order was best since my colors were not available in 150 mile radius - perfect because I still had two months left on my current lease On the return visit, had located a car, so agreed would still have a few weeks to take delivery (at least until the end of the month) Was contacted a few days later with urgent need to take delivery in 2 days or Honda incentives would go away; only 10th of the month, not near the end No offer to refund my deposit, so I was pretty much stuck Pricing was not competitive Outside of Honda incentives, dealer was only offering a <0.5% discount Initially told $700 total discount, but that changed to $660 when the MSRP on the invoice changed to not match the sticker, which was not noticed until after I was home Have seen discounts of >10% at several other Honda dealers since Add-ons: Managed to avoid the extra paint/wax package Pushed into getting the gap insurance and extended warrantee at the last minute with the finance manager when under time pressure to take delivery before the incentives expired (see above) Slow service at pick-up After rearranging a difficult schedule (for two people) to pick-up the car prior to the incentives expiring (see above), and being told about 1.5 hours was needed, pick-up lasted more than 2 hours and still did not have a complete tour of the car. Bait and Switch in the Service Department I have been receiving emails from this dealership with deals for their service department for months, even though I never bought my car here. My car I have been receiving emails from this dealership with deals for their service department for months, even though I never bought my car here. My car has 80,000+ miles and shakes at the start of my drive, so I am in the process of deciding whether or not to put work into the car or to just buy a new car. I decided to make an appointment to have my car looked at to see how much work would need to be done on it. I asked three times on the phone whether or not the inspection/diagnosis was free, and three times I was told that the initial inspection/estimate was free. I scheduled the appointment only after I was sure that the estimate would be free. I pulled up to the dealership and the person in service acted like he had no clue I even had an appointment. He then told me they do not do free estimates or inspections, and instead I would have to pay $115. I told him exactly what happened when I scheduled the appointment, so he called someone else over who told me that what I said was not possible. I left without getting my vehicle serviced, because I would rather go to a place that is honest with you when you are setting up appointments. I have no trust in this dealership. More
Difficult financial situation I had an excellent experience at this dealership. My finance manager bent over backwards to find the right car at the right price for me. I absolute I had an excellent experience at this dealership. My finance manager bent over backwards to find the right car at the right price for me. I absolutely love my new Mazda 6 and would highly recommend Schaller Honda to anyone looking to be treated fairly and with respect. This was a no hassle no stress shopping experience. Peter Jurkowski was very friendly and helpful with test driving the vehicles and completing the necessary paperwork to proceed with a purchase. The finance manager, Phil, took into account my individual needs and went as far as to pull a vehicle off the auction truck because it was the perfect one for me. More

On top of that, they went into my insurance without authorization to try to authorize the vehicle I was interested in. Without contacting me about it.
