Brought a Honda Accord from this dealer for over $25000 and it had no spare tire or flat kit. My sales lady Loriann told me that I can purchase a spare tire from them if it doesn’t have one there’s nothing and it had no spare tire or flat kit. I went in Schaller Honda without appointment but the attitude, time and attention was very nice. Jake Haynes showed us several vehicles and spend a lot of his time. Did not find the right car the first day so we went again there. We liked a car but there was an issue with the A/C conditioner. Showed them the error and their service dep. took care of that. The car did not have second key and that was fixed for free also. Good negotiation, attention and attitude ! Overall I am really happy with the vehicle and experience with Schaller Honda! He helped me to understand exactly what I could expect from the team he manages and he kept me informed of when I could expect the deliverance the automobile which was when I needed it, at the end of a short vacation for me. After the service call I drove the vehicle for quite a ride and was really impressed with the vehicles performance. Real nice job done at this dealership service center and the help of a courteous team manager Russell Tomazic, futhermore after getting another estimate at another service center, I chose this center at the lower price.
