Otherwise, no complaint about work that was done. As a senior citizen I cannot afford to have necessary work done on my 2015 vehicle at these prices. More

Two things happen during the car buying process which would be why I don’t trust people in car dealerships , first the price of the car that was given to me was $2000.00 more then the online price and t would be why I don’t trust people in car dealerships , first the price of the car that was given to me was $2000.00 more then the online price and the sales manager before I found that out told me he would only take $250.00 off the price of the car. Then for the financing the salesman orignally told me the interest would be only around 3.4%! Then when I got into the financing office. I found out the interest would be almost 9.0%.to finance the car.,the3.4% was an October Promo at Schaller that had ended. So I feel I was misled to believe I would have a lower rate to purchase the car. with.So the financer found a credit union that would offer me a loan at 6.24% which I agreed to . It still would have been nice if I was offered the rate that I was first quoted . Needless to say I don’t ever think I’ll trust another car salesman. More

We were greeted outdoors by your sales person Richard Small, who was very courteous and professional. He explained all the details of the new model. A week later we decided to purchase the new Honda CRV Hybrid. Although we only had this vehicle a week, we are very pleased with it so far. We would like to thank Richard Small who answered all our questions and explained all the new features upon delivery. More
This place is TRASH and proof that not all dealerships are built equally. I have been a customer of Honda for almost a decade now, I even learned to drive on a Honda as a kid, and my experience at Schalle are built equally. I have been a customer of Honda for almost a decade now, I even learned to drive on a Honda as a kid, and my experience at Schaller Honda is making me seriously consider terminating my relationship with this company as a whole. The first time I came to this dealership was in Sep. of 2023 for a simple oil change. The representative brought back paperwork stating that I needed hundreds of dollars of maintenance that I already completed at another location. After questioning this, the answer I got was apparently their systems do not connect. So, instead of asking if the maintenance had been done already they were just going to charge me to do it all over. The second time I came to this dealership was today (Nov. of 2023) for a sunroof that would not fully open. Instead of telling me it was a simple reset issue, they charged me $188.24 in diagnostic fees to press a few buttons in the car and reset the sunroof. Kevin Peart is a xxxxx. They then LIED and told me my car would not start because my battery, the one I have had no issues with and just drove to the dealership on after the car sat all night, was completely dead all of a sudden! After calling them out on this, they said the battery was not dead but was so bad that they would have to jumpstart my car for me to make it home. Of course, they then offered to sell me a new battery complete with installation fees. After questioning this, they then showed me the paperwork from the machine that shows that my battery is by no means new but is still working fine. Guess who just finished running errands around town on his “completely dead" battery? DO NOT LIE; if you want to say something will need to be replaced soon, do so. However, do not lie to customers. I used to work on my cars myself, I only started using the dealership for convenience. I can change my own oil, reset my own sunroof, and switch out my own battery. Y’all give mechanics a bad name; such a shameful way to run a business. I do NOT intend on going back here and I will make sure to tell my family and friends as well. More
