They were incompetent in diagnosing the problem and it cost me $1,600. The real issues was a faulty battery that needed replacement. Dylan was not our salesperson. Old Schaller was more open upfront about deals, discount could give. Michael the sales manager was awesome and great when he took the time to look at my daughter's credit and diligently worked to also get her into a vehicle given her unfortunate health situation that impacted her credit.
