I needed an air filter and cabin filter for my 2019 Accord Touring. The service tech informed me that it was $130. I bought both filters from Schaller for $53. I brought my car in because it had automatic ly braked when there was no one in front of me on three occasions. On one of these occasions there was a van behind me and they were very upset that my car was when there was no one in front of me on three occasions. On one of these occasions there was a van behind me and they were very upset that my car was stopping for no apparent reason and they were yelling as they passed me. It is very concerning that I have no way of knowing when this might happen and I am concerned I could get rear ended. My car is still under warranty. I was told by the person in charge of repairs that they were told not to address the problem at all unless they can duplicate it. I am very disappointed that with a problem this potentially dangerous the dealership repair department has a verbalized hands off policy. When I was discussing this with Chris another person who overheard the conversation told me she had a similar problem and was told the same thing. More
Found thousands of dollars of repairs for car with no sounds drips or pulls bounces or issues I could sense. I came in for oil change and rotation - couldn’t rotate back tire due to frozen nut. They were incompetent in diagnosing the problem and it cost me $1,600. The real issues was a faulty battery that needed replacement.
