The process of negotiating our deals was straightforward without any game-playing. Additionally, Brian the Finance Manager, handled the business dealings professionally and with accuracy. These recent transactions were our first dealings with Schaller Acura, and among the most pleasant car-buying experiences ever. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and an and an pleasant hand shake by a young, yet very professional individual who introduced himself as Joe. Rather than trying to sell us a car instantly, he showed us his showroom, offered us coffee, and most importantly, he asked us what we were looking for in our next car. (Other places we had visited, we're quick to point us to a vehicle we weren't even interested in.) Joe went ahead and showed us the MDX, based on the way we described our next car. He was able to present the vehicle in a very pleasant manner, and was able to point out the benefits that the features on the MDX offered. After the presentation came the test drive, in which Joe took us down a series of roads that felt as if they were from a car tv ad, in addition, he showed no hesitation to let us sample the product accordingly. Once all was set and done, my wife and I thanked Joe for his time since we still needed to look at other suvs. During the hour we spent at Schaller we never felt rushed to buy, that itself feel different. A day after we met with Joe, he gave us a follow up call to ensure that all questions were answered, he also left an open invitation to return to the dealership if we wished to do so. Three weeks after our original meeting we went back to pull the trigger. The negotiation was smooth, and the delivery was flawless, we even received a 1 hour lesson on how to use the features on our car. This has been an unexpected, yet pleasant car buying experience and we owe it all to Joe Sanchez. More
