This is the fourth Acura we have purchased from Schaller. Teri is our salesperson of choice. She always has the answers to our questions and is friendly without being pushy. She gets to know you enough so she can make appropriate recommendations that suit your way of driving. In addition, she is highly responsive as is the entire dealership. We are always greeted so warmly no matter the reason for the visit. In addition, to satisfaction during the sales process, David and his service team are top notch. They too know their stuff. Whenever we go for service we know we are in good hands and all necessary service will be performed. There is no fear that they "will find something" to add on extras once your vehicle disappears into the back. It is obvious the entire dealership acts as a team and is well aware of all the moving parts of the entire car ownership experience. With salespeople like Teri and David's service department we will be customers of Schaller Acura for many years to come. More

This is how buying a car should be. Teri Lupacchino answered all of my questions while researching a new RDX, either through email or phone. No sales pitch, just information. I have been a customer of Schaller since I bought my first Acura Legend in 1987. Four Acura's later I now own a 2013 RDX sold to us by Teri Lupacchino in the Sales Department. Teri is courteous, highly knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. She knew we were torn between the technology package and the one without the package. Showing us the added features and giving us time to think about it really helped in making the decision to GO FOR IT!!!! At the time of pick up she went over all the programming and driving details with me and boy were there lots of them! She was so patient with me learning how to use the new system, I can't say enough good things about the experience. Schaller is, by far, the best dealer for sales and extraordinary service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The service manager, David Wiltsie, has been around since I started, this says a lot for the type of employer Schaller must be. Thank you Schaller Family, you are the best!!! More
