Jeff is a good competent salesman; he's informative about the vehicles and is patient with his time. Jim took the time to walk us through the technical package on the MDX and offered to assist in any way possible. This past August, I was in the market for a new vehicle. I visited Schaller Acura at the recommendation of a friend, and was greeted by James Merrill. James was welcoming with a friendly and easy going manner, which I appreciated. I explained to James that I was really sold on the Audi Allroad, but before making a final decision, I wanted to consider the Acura. He was knowledgeable and very professional in his model comparison while promoting the benefits of Acura ownership. James was very accommodating with his time and allowed for a test drive on two separate occasions so that I could be assured that the Acura RDX was an appropriate vehicle for my needs. Price was a major consideration in my final decision and although James and I were not able to negotiate an acceptable offer initially, he continued to be proactive in the negotiation process. I appreciated his candor during the entire business transaction. James is an asset to Schaller Acura and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I would highly recommend him as a sales consultant. I have already driven the car to visit family in South Carolina and it was everything that James promised and more, it is a great car and I am glad I chose the RDX. More
This was the best experience I have ever had with a car, period. I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon without an appointment and Teri was nice enough to squeeze me in between appointments. She was friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me beyond what I had experienced at any of the other dealerships I had visited. When it came time to arrange the financing with Brian, we ran into a few hiccups with Honda Financial Services due to some issues on my end. Both Brian and Teri truely went above and beyond, reaching out to people to ensure that I was able to not only get financiing, but a great deal. Everything from the time I walked in the door of the dealership for the first time, to driving off with my new car after Teri sat with me to show me the ins and outs was an exceptional experience. Schaller was not the closest Acura dealer for me, but it was without a doubt the absolute best. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend visiting Teri and working with the rest of the Schaller team. As long as I am driving an Acura, I will be driving one from Schaller. More

This was my first purchase at Schaller Acura. A friend of mine had strongly recommended this dealership to me. My purchase experience was outstanding. What impressed me most was that there was no time wasted, as I hear often from other customers complaining about how long it takes, in getting the deal done. My total time spent at the dealership was around 1 hour! Jim was very thorough about getting me familiarized with the car at delivery. He spent a significant amount of time explaining the technology, the usage and what most other customers like about a certain feature in the car. There was no rushing me out the door to get to the next sale! I've had the Acura RDX for a little over a week now and I am loving it. As promised, Jim was kind enough to call up and check on me. He wanted to know if I wanted to come in again and go over any feature in the car I didn't understand. I would like to give James Merrill and Schaller Acura the highest rating possible.
