I stopped by Schaller Acura on a Saturday to look at the new Acura MDX before going to other dealerships to view other cars. I was meet outside by Rob Horton and we sort of hit it off. He was a gentleman and there was no pressure the whole time we went for a test drive and he explained the feature of the MDX. When I left the dealership and told him I would get back to him in a few days(he must have said SURE SURE to himself) I went home and told my wife we are buying this car if the price is right. She gets to pick the color. I called Rob back on Monday and said I am buying this car if we can get together on the price. I told Rob what I want as the end price and after a little back and forth we came to a mutual agreement and the rest is history. He has followed up with me several times this first week to see if I have any question regarding all the gadgets in this car. (I am finding new gadgets almost everyday). Both David and Rob took my financial needs into account when working with me on a used car. They made what usually is a dreadful experience into a rather uneventful but very productive and enjoyable situation. I received a very very nice car at a good price. They made me feel right at home which made this whole experience STRESS FREE!!!! They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their vehicles, but more then that they are really nice and genuine people. I sent Rob an email and he responded quickly and informatively. He set up a time that worked for me and I came in and discussed trading in my 2011 TSX for a new RDX. He explained the differences bet informatively. He set up a time that worked for me and I came in and discussed trading in my 2011 TSX for a new RDX. He explained the differences between the RDX and my TSX, as well as the refinements of the 2014 RDX over the 2007 RDX that I had previously owned. After some discussions, I decided to make the change. Rob was quick and did not play any "salesman games", but still made me feel like I was getting value for my trade and for the new car. He spent a lot of time going over the features of the new car upon delivery, which was on time and very smooth. Brian Savo was very easy to deal with on the financial side, and I felt no intense pressure to purchase any options of add-ons that I was not comfortable with. All in all, this was an excellent transaction, and is now the 7th Acura I have purchased from this dealership since 1999. I would certainly recommend Schaller to anyone, and I would absolutely steer them to Rob Horton. More
