2013 RDX I was pleased with the first meeting with James. How refreshing. My original offer on a used 2013 RDX was decline. I returned home disappoint in the lack of the dealerships wiliness to negotiate a price that I felt was fair considering the value of the trade-in. I called James a few hours later and asked him to have the dealership reconsider my offer. He returned the call shortly after with the news that they would accept my offer. As a customer that willingness of a dealership is very important. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past that stick hard to their price, are pushy and they lose me as a customer for any future business. James Merrill was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend asking for him as your sale consultant. More
Quick, easy trade-in of lease for new Acura ILX My lease was coming to an end on my 2nd TSX (the first I had owned). So I simply returned to see what my options were with Rob Horton and the Schaller My lease was coming to an end on my 2nd TSX (the first I had owned). So I simply returned to see what my options were with Rob Horton and the Schaller dealership, where I had leased the car. Rob was great - we test drove both the new TLX and the smaller ILX, and I decided to go with a smaller vehicle this time around. Next day, I turned in the TSX and drove off with a new ILX. Couldn't have been smoother. Rob is full of answers, a veritable fount of product knowledge, and let me decide on my own which car was right for me. More

I was most impressed with the time he spent with me when I picked up the vehicle, including programming my phone to sync with the vehicle and helping me program the radio stations. I enjoyed my experience in buying this vehicle, which is not how I have felt at other dealerships. I am really enjoying my new Acura RDX!! More

Before I bought this car I looked at Infinity, the Nissan Mu I purchased a new Acura RDX from Schaller, after meeting three times with James Merrill. Before I bought this car I looked at Infinity, the Nissan Murano, and a few other, similar SUVs. James was, by far, the best car salesman. He understands all the features of the car, and answered all my questions and concerns. His negotiation was professionally done. James obviously takes his career seriously, unlike the majority of car salesman. And I love the car! More

After I placed my order, he and the dealership then kept me informed of the build progress and expected delivery, without going overboard. On delivery day, he spent over an hour with me to demonstrate and teach me about all the (very numerous) functions of the car, and offered that I could come back as often as I want to go over things. This is the second Acura I've purchased from Schaller. Always a pleasure. More

I absolutely love my new car, but just as important was the excellent service and treatment I got at Schaller and specifically from James Merrill. For over a year he patiently worked with me and offered great information until I finally decided on the brand new TLX never pushing me into making a purchase. He kept me updated every step of the way as to the progress of the release of the TLX and then the AWD model. When I picked the car up, he took a tremendous amount of time with me going over all of the bells and whistles to get me on the road and offered for me to return and meet with him again once I became more familiar with all of the technology offered in this vehicle. This is my second Acura from Schaller. I have always been extremely happy with the sales and service at Schaller, and could not be any happier with all of my dealings with James Merrill. I would highly recommend working with James if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

He was personable and very knowledgeable about the product. Rob's enthusiasm towards the car and patience with us added a new dimension to our TLX test drive. It went far beyond what we had previously experienced at three other dealers in our quest for a new car. The overall experience convinced us that this was the car for us. We took delivery of the TLX right on schedule. The car was perfectly detailed and Rob spent as much time as we needed to be comfortable with all the technology features.
