After shopping at 12 dealerships, with 8 salespeople and driving 16 different cars, I found the perfect combination at Schaller with James Merrill in a 2009 Pre-Owned Acura TL. Jimmy is the kind of guy that after a short time of talking with him, you feel like you've known him for a long time. (Then again a top speed test drive tends to bring out the most in people.) This dealership has a comfortable professionalism that puts you at ease. High volume and pressure dealerships play cliche games and at times can seem like an arrogant NFL Wide Receiver. What I mean to say is that Schaller and particularly Jim Merrill, as "the talented veteran guy", have been in the "end-zone" before. They are professionals and they do it the right way. Lastly Brian Savo, the finance manager, was a class act that really buttoned up the whole deal while looking out for my best interest. I am really impressed by my whole experience from start to finish. There is nothing like KNOWING that you made the right choice, and for me that choice was James Merrill and Schaller Acura. I'll likely refer all my friends and family and strangers too, but no one that I don't like. More
