After we purchased he helped us set up our phone link, navigation, Sirius XM radio and other features. He was super nice and was not "salesy" at all. Brian Savo was our excellent finance guy. In a time when many cars today are getting cheaper on quality, the Acuras are amazing. We always keep ours 10 years and they are still going. From my first phone call with Mike Uhlman and then James Merrill the dealership was very responsive and prompt with return phone calls/texts/e-mails. All was accomplished in one day. Mike even went out of his way to send me a video of my vehicle as it was unloaded from the delivery truck since I ordered a car that was in transit. The delivery of the vehicle to me was seamless. Mike was very patient as he explained the vehicles features and set up various functions for us. Brian Savo was a pleasure to deal with as well.
