Instead they asked what were my concerns were and how can they put me in the car. They also understood that there were other dealers trying to make a deal, they offered very completive financing to attract my business and explained their auto service process to access me when servicing the car. The Sales person was very knowledgeable about the cars features and was very interested in explaining these to make sure they were understood. They understood the closing of the purchase needed to be quick and without confrontation with additional post sales car and dealership features to be purchased. The feeling of a clean purchase was very nice. The closing occurred 24 hours after the agreement. Thank you More

While on the test drive he spoke to us the entire ride explaining every feature the car had to offer. He was very knowledgeable about the business. When trying to find the color we wanted he did everything to get us the exact vehicle in a timely manner and was always available for any questions. When picking up the vehicle he went thru every feature and said to call with any further questions and also said he would meet with us again if we would like to go over anything that he missed. Mike has great work ethic and is an asset to Schaller Acura! More

The financial transaction went went very smoothly and Brian took his time going over the paperwork. Jeff went over all the features of the TLX when we picked it up and answered all of our questions. He also made it clear that we can contact him at any time for further help. This is the second time we have used Schaller Acura for the purchase of a new car. Rob and Brian are very easy to work with and don't give you the "back office" game of back and forth when making the deal. Service department is outstanding and very accommodating. This place is top shelf, if you ask me! Highly recommended. More
