I don't know why I missed this gem of a wonderful car buying experience but I know where I will be going for the next purchase. I was all set to lease a Mercedes when I thought I would quickly check out the new TLX. The combination of Acura's of the new TLX and the fantastic interaction with Teri Lupacchino made me instantly forget about the Mercedes deal. Teri made sure I drove that TLX like I wanted to experiencing every unique characteristic of the TLX. The negociations that followed were honest, reliable, and actually friendly - we even did a lot of the "back and forth" by texting! It was the best car buying experience ever (way better than the Mercedes negative haggle). Even the business manager, Brian Savo, was a friendly, great guy (and those guys are always - well you can put in your own horrible description here). Teri and Brian make a terrific team!!! The only suggestion I would have for the dealership is to lessen the 'back and forth' part with the sales manager when the deal is being made.
