Took one star away because the paperwork process was very slow, we were in the office for hours getting it done, waiting for various other employees to come in and go over different aspects of the deal. We were initially charged for VIN etching which we didn't want so the paperwork had to be redone, taking more time. This left a little bit of a bad taste, but our overall experience was good. More
