Mike was patient and very knowledgeable from step 1 of the process. An added bonus is that he is an all around personable guy; he made jokes and really listened to my questions and comments/concerns. When we began the process of doing the deal, Mike was honest and willing to work with us. He brought in Pete, the general manager, to work with us to meet our needs. When we began the final step of leasing the car, Mike took the time to go over each function and make sure it was set up exactly as I wanted it. He stayed past closing to show me numerous features in the car. I left feeling really great about my experience, and feeling very well taken care of. There was never any haggling or deceptive practices in this entire deal. 90% of my deal was done via email and text do to my busy schedule and Teri even came in on her day off to finalize the deal, deliver the vehicle and setup of the vehicle with my wife. The service department is far superior in it's practices and competence than I have been a client of Schaller Acura for over two decades for a reason. The service department is far superior in it's practices and competence than any others I have ever patronized since my early twenties. Brian is the leader extraordinaire, with Joe as his number one.. Joe is also great to work with. They are so honest that they have, repeatedly, let me know when work was unnecessary and they also let me know what is coming up and how much to sock away to prepare for it. I also love driving an Acura. These cars have everything you want in a luxury, high performance vehicle. The juice is there when you need it, thanks to the VTech engine. I've driven the deutche snot-mobiles and they have nothing over an Acura. Maybe other people want flash (or despicable consumption), I like to be under the radar, get the same luxury and tech, while saving 15 to 25K, sometimes more. I will be a life long Acura owner and Schaller service department devotee. More

Also, the sales manager James Merrilll was awesome. While checking my car for a trade-in he found something wrong and fixed it on the spot, and still gave me a good price for my trade-in.
