I Came from Out Of State I came into the dealership one day unannounced, and not fully committed to buying a vehicle, as i was in my informational and research mode... I was greeted by Mike promptly and felt very comfortable with him and his style. I was nervous about the entire process and Mike, Jeff and Brian , walked me through things and made the buying process simpler and easier for me to understand. Mike was very knowledgeable about the Acura product line and answered all questions i had. Jeff reviewed all the documents prior to and made me feel at ease. Brian at closing was top notch. I feel the team at Schaller, is Superior.. I received premium sales, service and professionalism...even at times when i was not at my best.
